How My Wife Ruined GTA IV

We usually don't write many personal pieces here on TEB, but I just have to share the story of my wife playing GTA IV for the first time. After watching me play for hours, I wondered if my wife wanted a turn. She was sitting on the couch next to me, so I extended the controller to her and asked, "You wanna drive around for a bit?" She replied, "Sure, why not." During her time in Liberty City, my wife somehow figured out how to suck all of the fun out of GTA IV and managed ruin one of the best games of all time.

Oh snap that's like me and my wife. Why do women always run in circles playing with characters? With Mario 64, instead of jumping onto the enemies with two legs who chase you, she'd run away from them. So there's little fat Mario running around in circles being chased by 5 odd enemies, round, and round, and round and she gets tired. In San Andreas, her favourite weapon is a bat too - she and street posts dont get along.

My burnout, fatal frame, resident evil, dino crisis, silent hill, GTA loving wife has absolutely no problem going on a murderous rampage in the streets of Liberty City.

She makes me proud.

That was a nifty story, luckly for me my girlfriend likes killing people in GTA games. When my PS3 worked I let her play San Andreas for awhile. First thing she did was get a flamethrower and toast everyone in to flames. If that wasn't enough she pulled out an RPG and blasted every firetruck, ambulance, helicopter, and car that went by. I decided to let her try the Minigun(the one you get at the area 51-like place) and since I had infinite ammo it was all good. I must say she is very good at killing people. Ruthless I tell you!

I let her play COD4 once, she sucked at it. Go figure.

cant even watch a action movie with my girlfriend {rambo etc}

i can also rule out golf / tennis / motorbikes / pool / fishing / camping / d.i.y / and pressing update on my anti virous software

This guy needs to get a grip, there's nothing wrong with her playing the game she wanted to. What I love about games like GTA is the freedom to do anything, even if that's just driving around and obeying traffic laws. There's no "right" way to play, she didn't ruin anything.

I'm not even going to read this. Women are bad. I'm gay and I like men. Men are bad, also. that's why i'm single. maybe it's just because I drink too much (every day) and play too many video games. I should get out and meet people.

My wife is by no means a hard core gamer but she enjoyed the hell out of bully, all the ratchet and clank games and countless others. Why don't these guys pick women who are not so stereotypically female? My wife is a beautiful woman who also happens to love sci-fi, videogames, great music, art and tons of other stuff that I also happen to be passionate about.

When choosing a wife it pays to be patient and more than a little picky, lest you end up with this guy's wife who castrates you with her every reaction to your beloved games.

Well my cousin came over on friday and saturday to play GTA4 for a few hours that seamed like a lifetime to me. All he did was stole a parked car than just burn the tires down till they poped and than he repeaded it. Than he drove around like an ass crashing every 2 seconds and than balming the game for it. Than I suggested we sould try a few missions...they are fun. He failed ever single time. He didn't know how to shoot he didn't know how to take cover even after I told him how. He always just wanted to run over people insted of shooting them. Also he always skiped every damn cutscene makeing to story impossible to follow. Than he tells me that the missions are not fun at all it's better to just drive around. So he does in a garbage truck. All he did is drove around and burned tires....man I tought that I'm gonna kill myself. Than he used up all my precious hard earned ammo by shooting the water and sand on the beach.
This is how someone can ruin GTA4!!
My girlfriend can play better with GTA4 than my cousin can!!!
