Mass Effect DLC arriving in a few hours, get your spaceship and MS Points ready

The content Pack which is titled Bring Down the Sky, will cost 400 MS points ($5), and offer you 90 minutes of all new gameplay, and also includes the introduction of a new race to the galactic stage, the Batarians. The Batarians are isolationists who rarely leave the borders of the Terminus system. That is until a Batarian extremist group hijacks a mobile asteroid station in the Asgard system, setting it on a collision course with the nearby colony world of Terra Nova. So make sure you have the Normandy ready to go, you'll be needing it.

Cool. I am looking forward to this. Man it is good to be a gamer. I mean now one can turn on the 360 or PS3 and get games, demoes, or extra content just like that. Its good to be a gamer.

good! But expensive.... Still, this is one of the few piece's of DLC that seem's to be worthy of it's price, $5 for 90 minutes, that's great value.

I for one think this is one of the greatest rpgs of all time up there with ff 7 even though there are a few technical issues. If anyone has played a better rpg this next gen i would like to know what it is.

Dlc is a must buy still playing threw my first time but i know i play this game again. monuemental!

7.2 - Yeah, I got it...
Its about the scale of Virmire.
At first it looks like Armstrong Cluster but you quickly discover they have a few tricks up their sleeves.
(On insanity, level 60) it gets very, very intense. "Kicking Batarian ass" turns out to be literal; they get so close and in your face you end up killing more than your share by rifle-butting and stomping them to death. They didn't throw much in the way of biotics my way, but the rocket drones and batarian engineers were all over the place. Made me glad I had indestructible Ash around.
A quickie Renegade runthrough took me three hours--including an inadvertent shortcut--so I guess a full Paragon run should be at least that much.
Which means I'm already down for 5-6 hours of gameplay for my US$5.
No Heavenly Paring Knife here... ;-)
Highly recommended to anybody who's played ME.
If not, well, the PC version should be out by summer...
(Sometimes it pays off when DST screws up your circadians...)

finally, this is the kind of dlc the 360 (and ps3 with their games) should be offering. i'm sick of every time i hear about dlc for a game it ends up being--ADDITIONAL MULTI-PLAYER MAPS? i hope other games start offering this type of dlc. new maps are good, but it's nice to get something other than that.
