Halo 3 details to be revealed by month's end

According to a blog post by IGN's Douglass Perry a select group of magazine journalists were invited by Bungie to see the game in action and for a healthy day of Halo 3 multiplayer gaming on Xbox 360. It's supposed to be excellent, which is no surprise.

Also, EGM hinted in its last issue that it will have something on Halo 3 in its next issue. So we might get to read several Halo 3 previews by month's end.

i was listening to the egm podcast, and one of the guys said he was going to play halo 3. those are some lucky people, playing halo 3 multiplayer all day

Oh hell yeah first gimme Gears of War and that'll hold me through the winter, then bring me Halo 3 which combined with Gears will keep me busy 2007 in total and then bring it on in Halo Wars!

Damn strongest exclusive line up ever and it's on 360

There seems to be some feeling in the air that this Halo is going have something really special in it, sooo Im really looking forward to seeing the multi and single player in-game footage.

I was serously suprised Bungie allowed gamers to go in and play Halo... like they've got something big to show us

Yeah that's the one thing about MS that I hate also. I mean you keep buying the games :)

For real, there are too much on the wishlist now. But one will not leave it. Collectors Edition of Gears of War man read the Hexus hands-on. Everybody will buy a copy. Even PS3 owners, just for the case, the book, the shirt and for urm... having a copy of Gears of War!

This wil be a cult thing in a few years.

Ok seriously this is a great idea to get Halo 3 out their, but guys theirs no way you will see any footage before GOW is like 2 months old, you will maybe see a few screens and an article about how it plays, looks, and what the story will revolve around. I think this is mainly to get everyone who has a 360 and everyone who wants a 360 or Halo to get their interest in Microsoft, so than a week and a half later, GOW comes out and keeps up the strong 3 week hype right as PS3 launches

Huxley, Splinter cell 4, Marvel- Ultimate Alliance, Call of Duty 3, Fantasy star, DOAX 2, Just cause, Tiger Woods pga 2, Half Life 2, Blitz the league, Medal of Honor: airborne, Bio Shock, The Darkness, Spiderman 3, Too Human part 1, FEAR, Star Trek Legacy, Earagon, Forza, ViVa Pinata, And of course, ALAN WAKE !!!!!!!!!!!! Man, and this is just off the top of my head. There's so much more and I'm sooooooo ready.
