Capcom seeks declaratory judgment over zombie dispute

Capcom has filed a lawsuit requesting a declaratory judgement against MKR Productions, the copyright owners of the Dawn of the Dead films.

According to a Hollywood Reporter blog, Capcom filed suit in anticipation of a lawsuit over its Dead Rising videogame.

This's getting way out'a proportion, hope both sides come into mutual terms that satisfies both of'em though, I love Capcom and i can't blame'em for the obvious influence Dawn of the Dead had on Dead Rising, and i hope this doesn't alter Dead Rising 2's progress in anyway .
