Alas, another movie-made-video game that should be rented first, and purchased only by the rabid fans of the IP in-question. It may just come down to dollars and cents, as it seems that the budget wasn't exactly massive for The Spiderwick Chronicles. Or maybe there is a curse that began with the Atari version of E.T. and has festered all of this time. TeamXbox knows a better game can be made about such an intriguing IP. Exactly why games like The Spiderwick Chronicles never seem to match their movie counterparts in value is a mystery that, like the whereabouts of that eleventh commandment, may never be revealed.
