Final Fantasy XI: new campaign elements for next version update

Square Enix announced that the latest version update for Final Fantasy XI will be available by March. Now they've released details on some of the new Campaign Elements we'll see in the update.

First of all is the Beastman Strongholds. A stronghold will be introduced in every Beastman controlled territory. Allied Forces Campaign Battles will be held on the outskirts of Beastman Strongholds.

The belfry is a structure that holds a war bell which can call reinforcements. The structure is available to both the Allied Forces of Altana and the Beastman Confederate. In Battles, factions will have to protect their belfries and destroy the enemy's.
