I really don't think it will matter for the vast majority of people who don't read gaming news and don't know about it anyway, especially to those who still equate the PlayStation brand to gaming and haven't picked up a console yet. A lot of PS2 owners, maybe?

Have have both consoles and I will get it on the PS3.
GTA has always been a PS game and for and a lot of others it will stay that way.
The PS brand made GTA huge. Xbox brand has done nothing for the series to make it what it is today.

Why do you call other people idiots when all they are saying is that they are getting the PS3 version.

You just have to realize that not everyone has a 360 or wants one for that matter except for me i only got a 360 so i could play the exclusive games that are on it and all the multi-platform games that i buy are all for the PS3 including GTA4 and i don't care for the exclusive content ether.

Alvadr and others. You should do yourself a favour and buy a 360. Then you would have a far better library of games to choose from.

Not only that you will have better multiplatform titles such as CoD4, Assassins Creed and Orange box. The PS3 versions of all these games and more are unplayable because of framerate, loading times, and screen tearing problems.

This is not the fault of developers. It is the fault of Sony for making such badly designed hardware and development tools. It is also the reason why GTA IV has been delayed.

This is not an opinion. This is fact. If you can't see the difference you are an idiot.

because there was no loading whatsoever between cities?
because u can customize thee character?
because it had better aiming than the previous 2 GTAs?

Speaking to MTV's multiplayer blog, Rockstar's Jeronimo Barrera said: "It's really no surprise to anybody that the PS3 was definitely a contributing factor to that." Now though, he says, "we're neck and neck".

"Back then that was something we were taking into account. That's not to say there's anything wrong with the PS3 version. It's awesome. They're both identical."

Newsflash dumba*s,of course the Xbox 360 version might sell more than the PS3 version,the Xbox 360 has only been out a year or so longer than the PS3

BTW Grand Theft Auto games are best on Playstation systems,love it or hate it

I can't wait to pick up GTA IV for my PS3 in a couple of more months!;)
