Turok On PS3 and Xbox 360 Are About Equal

'Reports have been coming ot that the Xbox 360 version of Turok is superior to the PS3 version, but that may actually not be the case.

The reports which have been coming out, stating that the Xbox 360 version of Turok is superior to the PS3 version, may actually not be true due to faulty screen images and comparisons being used.

Some of the images seen in the most recent reports show that the PS3 version is severely lacking behind the Xbox 360 version of Turok.

A look closer at the highly-anticipated shooter though reveals that the screen images from the PS3 version look so shady simply because the screens are of far less quality on the PS3.'

I have played the demo and it looked nothing like those images. I laughed when that silly article first came out. It is amazing what people will "doctor" to get hits on their website or forum topic. I have not played the demo on my 360 yet; however, the images they were using to exemplify the play on the PS3 looked as if they were early beta stage images. You could see sharper images in Halo 2 and we all know how they were.

are the 360 fanboys because they've got no good games this year. PS3 owners don't care for it, because they've got so much coming to them. and with DMC4 and Burnout Paradise better on PS3, who cares about Turok? the game sucks more than Blacksite and Jericho.

LOL.. 1up said that PS3 version of Burnout was better because PS3 controller triggers are better I have to assume somethings off with the review which did not score any differently for each version. Has he really played with both controllers?, is the new Dualshock with re-designed triggers out yet?.

I'll wait for other reviewers for insight of the textures no other reviewer has said anything yet.

Same with DMC4 and the reviewer that says Dualshock preference made PS3's case and the supposed frame rates differences no one has seen yet from the many video's.

Hey heres some more good news for ps3 owners go to Gamesradar.com and read that Crysis is indeed coming to Ps3, they also say that there is no 360 version of the game in development. Look for this news in the ps3 previews section.

Hey Zhuk, I'm going to make this simple. The ps3 doesn't need this game to show how much better a console it is. Goto Gamesradar.com and look in the ps3 previews section. There you will see that Crysis is coming to ps3 and not your touted 360. The developers have no plan on making it for the 360, because they said the ps3 was the platform of choice for making the game all it could be. That shows you how powerful your mighty 360 is, when the developers of the best looking game of the year don't want to use your console the 360, because of lack of power and technical issues. Ha, the 360 is incapable of running Crysis the way the ps3 can. Eat that apple and tell me if its souring your stomach. Was this simple enough for you. I won't say xbots, cause I own the 360 also. I'm just sick of all your biased console loving these days. Do yourself a favor and get both, then you wont have to be such a jaded gamer.

What terrible article! It should never have been approved, some of the sentances hardly make any sense, and its simply a rebuttal without any kind of information or proof ta all.

Its highly likely that the two versions will be very similar and that the poor quality images we all saw in an earlier story are not actually representitive of the finished article.

But as many have pointed out, when the game is this bad anyway, I'm not sure many people care....
