Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures Open Beta Coming Soon

Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures is an Online Action RPG, mixing a deep, story-driven single-player experience and a massive and brutal multiplayer end-game brings forth the ultimate representation of the Age of Conan. Funcom community manager Shannon 'Pharamond' Drake revealed that there will be an open beta for ten of thousands of people ramping up to the game's launch.

When is this game supposed to come out on the 360 and will it be the same as the Windows version. I have heard it wont have a Multiplayer aspect..

they haven't stated exactly when it will be released for 360.. just vague answers like 2-12 months after the pc release or in 2008. This game was meant to be released last year, but microsoft decided to invest a lot of money into its developement to make it one of their main windows vista titles (to push directx 10), as well as have it made for 360. And so it was delayed a year after that to polish it.

there are in fact developer interviews where they are demonstrating it on the xbox 360 controller from way back in 2006.. you can probably find them on ign or gametrailers.

Microsoft has nothing to do with this game, why would you say it was delayed because of Microsoft. It was delayed because Funcom wants to get the game right and not crap out a halfass MMO like ever other online gaming company out there.

4 - This could be it.

This could be the console MMO everyone is waiting for now Huxley is starting to look like a total bomb and can't deliver on their promises. The stupid 1000 players on one battlefield crap just means 1000 players on one server...for a MMO that means absolutely nothing.

Hopefully by the time Conan reach the 360 it will be more polished content in terms of content and gameplay. Don't screw this one up!
