"But wait, there’s some bad news too. You won’t be getting this demo through LIVE if you live in North America, apparently because of an exclusivity deal with the Official Xbox Magazine. We can’t confirm this, but a user over at nV News Forums has posted the following quote from an unknown site: “Due to an exclusivity deal with the North American Official Xbox Magazine, the Turok demo will not be on the U.S. Live Marketplace any time soon.”"

They had already made a 360 demo months ago, the pre-order bonus. They didn't make a PS3 demo yet, and I agree. This game is looking very iffy.

What's up with the gold member demo privilege? I have a gold account here in the states but my euro and japan accounts are silver, which means I have to wait another week before I'm worthy to download. F-U Microsoft! Thanks for the unnecessary aristocratic feature to piss off gamers even more.
