Timeshift doesn't give you absolute dominion over time - that would be mental. However, you do get three powers that bend the fairly standard first-person shooter dynamic in interesting, if not completely original ways. First, you can slow everything down - bullet time, check. You can't slow it to the point where you can see bullets gliding towards you, but the edge it gives you is as unbeatable as it is short-lived. You'll use this constantly - your enemies aren't stupid, and your suit isn't particularly armoured, so a lot of the tactics boils down to bullet time power management. Your enemies are human, but it's frankly surprising how many shots they can take at point blank to the face.
