Review Round-up: Hour of Victory

Hour of Victory sounds like an absolute gaming cracker, does it not? Something a little more thought provoking and engrossing than the usual sway of World War II run-and-gun action that saturates the first-person shooter genre? The trailers look groovy, the developer interviews sound convincing, Midway is a well grounded and respectable studio, what could possibly go wrong?

Hour of Victory has been solidly lambasted by the gaming critics as both one of the worst WWII first-person shooters ever created, and also possibly one of the worst titles to thud unceremoniously onto the Xbox 360.

But is it THAT bad? GamerSquad gathers the cream of the critical crop to find out.
