Gary A Swaby of TheKoalition.com writes: Remember that video we posted of an Xbox Live gamer claiming to be abused by an Xbox Live moderator? Well Microsoft came out and said that the gamer (iTzLuPo), was actually in violation of Xbox Live terms. An article on Joystiq showed Microsoft's response to iTzLuPo's video, claiming that the moderator was just following protocol. They also revealed that iTzLuPo has a history of utilizing mods and glitches to gain advantage in Modern Warfare 2. The biggest criticism iTzLuPo received was that his video appeared to be chopped up to the point where it seems he edited the footage to make it seem worse than it really was.
Well now iTzLuPo has uploaded a new video in attempt to clear his name. He explains in the video that the disturbance in his footage was caused by a lag from his capture card. He also shows his fully functional Xbox 360, along side an old modded Xbox 360 that was previously banned. Check out the video and let us know what you think.

Despite that, developers have managed to turn it around for them and make their game worth playing. Here are some games that had a rough start but were pretty great."
Sea of Thieves... I'm not disagreeing that the game has improved in terms of content. But I feel that the most significant change between now and its release is actually the public perception. Nowadays, most people are aware that the game is a multiplayer PvP-focused experience first and foremost, and not "Black Flag made by Rare". Consequently, people dismissing the whole experience because the single-player aspect is lacking or the story is plain are much less common.
Days gone! By the end of the game I couldn't drop it down! I went around so many hours killing zombies! It was addictive by the end.
Simple solution: Don't start trouble there won't be any trouble. I've never known/heard of anyone innocent getting banned from Live.
I also find it very funny how depressed this kid sounds lol. If he would have just left that mod alone (harassment) he could be playing right now
His voice sounds nothing like what it did on the other video (he sounded about 12)
Both of these people are clowns. This guy clearly deserved to be ban. Although he claims the console on the left isn't modded he has how many different Xbox Live accounts? I'm not going to judge anyone but unless you have siblings or someone else in your house who plays, why do you need more than 1 account?
As the for the moderator, he easily could have ignored this dude and muted him (at least from what I could ascertain from the original video). I don't know if this guy was doing something else that got him ban but based on what was in the video the moderator could have handled it better.
All in all I don't really have any sympathy for the modder, he freely admits he has a modded console and he has multiple accounts. He should be ban. Although Microsoft should ban the IP address, not the console.
why doesn't this guy give up? he was caught modding and then he got caught trying to edit a video
hes really grasping at straws here and he isn't going to win especially since an unedited version cropped up
i've captured tons and never experienced the audio lag hes claiming, nor have many of my friends who make montages all of which use dazzle, the guy is an idiot
lmfao why does the video cut to black when he switches it on and then shows it on screen...
why not have 1 fluid video lmao
seriously, that does the guy no favours
