New Borderlands DLC Incoming

Ready to head back to Pandora? That's right, there's even more Borderlands DLC. And just when you had just discovered the mysteries of the Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, Gearbox has more on the way for us. Five more trophies have been added and it appears we'll be getting some more arena combat. The trophy total has been raised to 61. Pricing and the release date is still currently unknown.

I bought the first pack but after seeing the video's for Brink, I feel like I should save my money and get the more polished Borderlands (Brink) next fall.

I have the monthly game pass. This game made it two days in my house before I banished it.

oh more battle royals :) that'll be fun to play out. I find with these dlc packs I really don't need to do a 2nd playthrough to get to 50. As fun a game this is plaything it again with the same character just doesn't work for me.

Repeatable "survival/horde mode" type arenas would be pretty awesome for this game. I will be grabbing this as soon as it is available for sure. The stash/chest it is supposed to have in it will also be a welcome addition so I can hold onto guns to pass to other people rather than selling them when I am far beyond the 9,999,999 display limit on cash anyway.

I still haven't downloaded The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned...now that I think of it, I still haven't really started Borderlands to begin with. Still, it's good to see Gearbox really supporting their game.

Hopefully there's a level cap increase in there. Every game should be like Demon's Souls with a (not literally, but in all practicality) infinite level cap. I mean, it's like 700+ in Demon's Souls, a ridiculous level cap that pretty much nobody but the most crazy people will ever come anywhere near achieving. I went through the game 4 times, playing over 100 hours, with my character and wound up at level 150 or so. Borderlands is too easy to get to level 50, it's such a low level cap. Not as bad as level 20 was in Fallout 3, mind you, but still.

How can you disagree with the desire for a higher level cap? Once you've met the cap and gotten all the trophies, the game kind of stops being interesting. What more is there to accomplish, you know? A level cap increase would breathe some new life into it, make it worthwhile to go back and do more quests and put some of that rare equipment you found to good use in pursuit of leveling up again. Level cap increases are always, always, always a good thing.

I just finished the game lastnight. Have the Zombie Island DLC downloading at the moment. Getting very impatient now and it's only on 55% >:(

check on the net and find out how to do the brains mission so you can start it at the beginning of your play through.

it's the only trophy i don't have cos i found the mission after I'd done the rest of the dlc. it is a bit of a grind.

I've already platinumed this game, kinda upset they made me spend an extra 10 bucks to get it. They made a great game though.

I'd like to see them at least fix the audio on the PS3 game before seeing all this DLC. I like the game, but it is very annoying to hear the audio cut out all the time. I don;t think too highly of a game's quality if the most basic elements...audio...doesn;t work without glitching all the time.

But alas, many of these companies care more about money than selling a completely functional product. Game review sites get a fail as well when they don't mention these glitches in reviews.

I want the new DLC to be a bit more challanging the Island of Dr Ned was easy even on second play through it was still easy but fun to play. But I cannot wait for the new DLC

I feel for people who bought this for the ps3/PC i just cant understand why these vesrions have issues and the 360 is fine,well i have done the game and got all 1125 achievement points and had no problems,but its such a good game i hate to see it get a bad name beause they had not finished it properly for said platforms?

Anyway i look forward to having more DLC,i am lost without borderlands all my other games ps3 and 360 just seem dull now lol!

i've finished the ps3 version and don't remember any major issues. i little drop in frame rate now and again but nothing that spoiled my fun with the game

I had a few problems with the game on the PS3 where it froze and lagged but that was mainly online still a great game
