Assassin's Creed 2 Xbox 360 version Leaked?

Not only has AC II been leaked but most games that are due in the coming week have also been leaked inc Left for Dead 2.

It has now become the norm to beable to get games for Xbox 360 off the net before street date. Pirates need not fear banning niether anymore since they have found a way to unban there boxes, i knew it wouldnt be long before that happened wat with sssssooooo many being banned someone was bound to find a way & cash in on it.

This will affect AC2 sales, because it has no online, people will pirate it. I don't think it will affect L4D2 sales as much because online is so integral to the game.

Strange, I am pretty sure that the 360 is having an attach rate of over 9 games average per console sold, even those 360's that are modded.

The PS3 has what, 6 games average per console sold, while not even being pirated?

The PS2 was a very heavily pirated console, but still had the most support of devs.

Heck about the best game of last gen, God of War II, only sold 3 mln. copies on the installed base of about 100 mln. PS2's sold when it released and 140 mln. PS2's sold now.

beta box?? you mean the POS3 is tne beta station.. getting patches for exactly EVERY game comming out.. full of issues and bugs.. well, i dont think the 360 is the beta console. You owned yourself damn hard!

devs do not lose profit, they cant play live anymore, so dont care!

This always happen especially with big titles. I always see them pop up all over about 1-2 weeks before release date. I don't even see why this is news, these kind of news only attract amateur pirates or busy pirates, most of the other pirates already knew.

10 minute video with a cuss word every 2 minutes. Using these words alone is not needed in its self. But over using this type of dialog ... down grades a game.
Looks like I will be hitting the mute but and skim through the dialog on the screen. Or maybe there will be a filter for those who know better dialog to use for story telling.
Does anyone else feel this is rather distracting? Over used choice of words? Better scripting needed for sure.
