TGS: Saw Review

TGS writes: "Okay, let's just break the stigma upfront. The concept of the Saw franchise coming to gaming seems like an idea that only sounds great to the marketing department. Logistically Saw is difficult to translate to gaming because the entire concept is pain, torture and sacrifice to solve a puzzle and free yourself. If you were forced to actually stick your hand in a vat of acid for a key, it would hold up, but as it stands there's no degree of vibrating on a controller to emulate that experience. On the other hand, the puzzles and environments provided by Saw make for an ideal concept for a video game. Saw suffers from some basic flaws but ultimately comes out on top with a lengthy and decent campaign."
