Project Sylpheed is coming to America

Square Enix's popular Xbox360 space shooter, Project Sylpheed, is coming to America. After Forever Fantasy posted rumors about the game a few months ago, QJ.net and Siliconera report that Project Sylpheed is indeed coming to American shores. Here's what their short entry had to say about it:

"After a breakfast roundtable discussion with some of the crew from Microsoft, I pulled Shane Kim, Vice President of Microsoft Game Studios, aside and asked about the fate of Project Sylpheed. He revealed that Microsoft is indeed publishing Square-Enix's/Game Arts' shooter, Project Sylpheed."

According to Shane Kim, the release of the game is scheduled for sometime this year. No official release date has been announced yet, though.
