Ha ha ha, very funny. Guess we won't be seeing a PS3 version then. I couldn't care any less than I already do.

call me weird but i will never understand why someone posts on a topic just to end his sentence with

"i couldnt care less"

why did you write in the first place ?

ontopic:

i love bloodbowl as a tabletop played the hell out of it with tons of friends, i also have a handmade stadion with all the details like pillars stones real grass blood from fallen players etc. wich is nearly 50 kilos heavy :)

IF this turns out to be good i hope every player (ps3) gets theyre chance on trying it out.

amen ps3 gamers do not buy games. before you all go all ape sh1t, the numbers reflect your guys buying habits.....

NNNW5484d ago

I think you need to brush up your comprehension skills.

"amen ps3 gamers do not buy games. before you all go all ape sh1t, the numbers reflect your guys buying habits..... "

No need to go ape sh1t, Street Fighter, Devil May Cry, Resident Evil and GTAIV either sold more on PS3 or have a higher attach rate on PS3 (or both, obviously). What you say is a evidently a myth.

The only thing that holds true in that statement is that PS3 gamers don't buy as many first party games as Xbox gamers. That's because Microsoft catters to a particular group of people while Sony catters to a more diverse audience. That's not to mention that Xbox owners are pleased with anything while PS3 owners are hard to please. I'm not surprised though, you guys had been waiting for a whole generation to get any games and now that you get some games you still keep prefering Halo over anything else.

3rd party Developers don't give a sh1t about attach rates if said attach rates benefit 1st party more than they do 3rd parties. Considering Japan and Europe is where PS3 sells more software and that Europe and Japan are more profitable per game sale, PS3 is becoming the platform of choice for several developers. So even though USA sells more in terms of units in games, it remains an irrelevant fact if PS3 makes more profit per copy sold in more expensive (and therefore profitable) markets like Asia and Europe.

That's why the majority of publishing houses are supporting the PS3 as much as Xbox 360, and since Xbox 360 is hemorraging money at retail while the PS3 sales faster on a launch-to-launch basis, things aren't looking good for 360 gamers from a 3rd party stand point; Microsoft can only go so far with the payola.

Now, no need to go ape sh1t, just look at developers financial habits.

morganfell5484d ago

Well ps3blowz thanks for pwning yourself with an irrelevant statement. You and your buddy jamegohan. Apparently you didn't read the article. A PS3 version has nothing to do with PS3 sales. It is dependent on PC and 360 sales.

Ps3 has so many games but we not rich bro, So much games to play but no $. You have to remember too Sony doesn't spend 30 mil on adds too. If you look at Blockbuster game rents, 360 games barely are rented while PS3 games are always being rented and btw remember to read the article b4 posting

Jamegohanssj55484d ago

Actually Mr. Ghoul I said, "I couldn't care any less than I already do." big difference. Also most people say, "I could care less" which is the incorrect way to say it. TOUCHE HOORAY!

I don't know, we could see a PS3 version. Don't underestimate the game, it could be really good. I'm looking forward to seeing what it's like anyway.

Something different to the current Football games we have hehe.

qface645484d ago

im sorry but what? blood bowl in all honesty i have never even heard of this game?

Ghoul5484d ago

blood bowl is a fantasy football game from gamesworkshop.

its kinda like a warhammer but only in a stadium and a ball.
It`s very very awesome to play the gameplay is fantastic of the tabletop.

qface645484d ago

ohhh ok when you say that this one football game on the sega genesis comes to mind where you would use like goblins and monsters i think

but i wouldn't play this game though
for a sec i thought it had something to do with a monster battle in a arena or something

Mutant League Football? My favourite was Mutant League Hockey =)

JustCommunication5484d ago

The only reason why there wasn't a PS3 version already in the works is because Cyanide haven't done a PS3 game before, ever. It was a bit of a risk for them, and so they'd rather wait and see how things go first.

They're a bit of a niche developer, so they've never really made the big bucks before I don't think. It's better to keep costs down and just stick to what you know.

Ghoul5484d ago

spot on and absolutly correct sir.

wow someone with a funded comment that is based on logic and business standards.

have a bubble

Foxgod5484d ago

I doubt the ps3 could handle the gfx.
