Jolt Review: Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness - Episde 2

Jolt: "It's amazing what we critics can do. Earlier this year in our review of Penny Arcade Adventures: On The Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness – Episode One, we demanded that Episode Two feature Twisp and Catsby. Here we are with the continuation of Gabe and Tycho's tale of fruit molesting robots, urination and steampunk adventuring, and the pair actually make a cameo in order to help keep your character sane. Exuberance!

For those of you unfamiliar with OTRSPOD (the most ridiculous yet necessary acronym in gaming since I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream), the series blends old school point and click adventuring with JRPG-style real-time combat. Bringing it all together is 'love it or leave it' Penny Arcade humour and storytelling, which is just as likely to turn people off as it is to endear it to more."
