He would be greeted by the other people in our party ready to b.s. and kick ass while doing so. With the uprising of the Xbox Live Party Chat, those friends are leaving me with the choice of talking with them or trying to enjoy my game.
Initially I think that chatting with people who aren't playing the same game as me would be quite asinine, and it is, but I still found myself doing it up until recently, now I tend to deny party invites. Sure, it may seem like I'm being a dick, but when I throw in Call of Duty, that is what I want to play and be focused on. I have no doubts that there was some great events going on at school or work, but can't we discuss that as we throw grenades together?
This problem goes further than just pissing some people off on my friends list, it is now becoming an exploit of sorts in current games. ..."
