I Chainsaw Soulja Boy In Half, But He Triumphs In Gaming Battle

On a day he was supposed to be promoting his new album, iSouljaboytellem, Soulja Boy ground his hype machine to a halt, stopped by our office with his entourage, plugged his Xbox 360 hard drive into one of my two 360s and spent more than an hour just playing and talking games with me.

The set-up was simple. I had picked one game: "Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2." He picked one game: "Gears of War 2." And we'd have a surprise game neither of us had played as the tiebreaker, based on feedback we'd gotten from the challenge online (people had recommended a fighting game)."
