Prosecutor Worthy List's Top 10 2008 Violent Video Games

Prosecutor Kim Worthy was responsible for sentencing Kwame Kilpatrick in 2008. Now that she has more time on her hands again, she is back to attacking video games again with her annual top 10 violent videos games of 2008 list.

Yes, all of the games on the list are violent; however her statement that violent games cause teens and kids to act violently is one more of a continuing trend. She even claims that violent video games were the result of a hate crime she prosecuted earlier in the year, yet she never provides any proof that games do cause violent actions or this was the case. Maybe this is something she should consider doing, being a prosecutor.
