Cave's Tsuneki Ikeda made the announcement today at Microsoft's Xbox 360 Shooting Festa event. Following a talk session with Death Smiles' director Junya Inoue, Ikeda introduced the changes being made for the 360 port, and announced the downloadable Mega Black Label content as a surprise.
The 360 version of Death Smiles is a port of an October 2007 vertical arcade shooter of the same name. Mega Black Label is the the latest update to the arcade title. It hit arcades in October."

I don't care for the series but as a collector of Limited Edition sets, I love that arrangement.
