I agree ElementX but in fairness, it wasn't the Sony side that made up that stupid rule. Saying a game isn't AAA because its 89% on Metacritic (ooooooo metacritic, bow down) is pathetic. AAA just means really, really good, and "good" has a different meaning for everyone. Tenchu is one of my favourite games, and brought 3rd person stealth to people even before MGS (even though they were ripping off MGS) but I can tell without even looking it never got 90% or probably even over 80%. Do I look worried?

The worst score I have seen yet is a 8.5 I have not seen so many 9.5's and 10's since COD4 and Bio-shock (360) so go pout that you will never get to play this game unless your broke a$$ goes and buys a 360. The score is overhyped as most reviewers did not take into account the long, LONG loading times, the many glitches. MS clearly took out the checkbook again.

Flopple 2 is a decent game by all means. NOWHERE NEAR triple A status however. Its barely on the same level as heavenly sword. Period.

The same comment can be said about Socom with all things aside it really doesn't matter what a reviewer says, it s you as a gamer to truly judge any game even if there is any problems it truly didn't affect 95% of the reviewers to give this game a solid review... This game is easily best game this gen. The minuscule technical flaws completely get overshadowed and overweighed from the massive depth and intriguing gameplay. The lighting in the game is second to none. This beats out Uncharted and CoD4 and Gears of War in my book. Great game, well worth the $68.87 CAD I spent.

I never ran into any of these glitches or flaws, no freezes, no game breaking glitches, nada. I obviously experienced longer than normal load screens but these are no more annoying than Oblivion's city travel and occasional quick loads. The NXE will solve all of this with it's game installation.

Plagued with bugs? I hardly call 5 bugs plagued. I call something completely unplayable and atrocious plagued. I never experienced 4 of the 5 bugs up there. 16 hours in already, best time I've had this gen.

If there were glaring glitches that cause the game to be unplayable and lots of them as the writer attempts to claim, the reviewers would have been mentioning them. I will admit I have not read all of the reviews, but the ones I pay attention to are from the magazines I buy. I don't pay attention to crap sites like N4G. I read n4g for entertainment value, like wrestling or football. I like to see the Sony fanboys try to beat the Xbox readers down. It gets pretty bloody here some times. Look at the 27 disagrees that Xi (as of 10 am EST US )got in the first comment. That is what I live for. Xbox is a dieing breed on N4G, because Xbox gamers are playing the games, and the Sony Defense Force is coming to N4G to in droves because apparantly they have nothing better to do than to come to an Xbox 360 game related news article and bash all the Xbox gamers and hit the disagree and report buttons. 7) 3rd party exclusives are soon a thing of the past as 3rd party developers would want to minimise the risk and spread their costs to several consoles. Soon 3rd party titles will no longer make or break a system.
What seperates a system will be 1st and 2nd party developers. And Sony has 20 times more 1st and 2nd party developers than MS.

Games like LBP, R2 will always be exclusive. Games like Mass effect and Gears of war will not because they are made by 3rd party.

I got the game this afternoon, and while I only played it for a few hours before having to go to class, didn't notice any of the mentioned problems that have "plagued" the game. I've never been that big of fan of RPG's as a whole, and only own Oblivion and Mass Effect, but am enjoying Fable 2 so far and plan on getting Fallout 3 as well. The article mentioned that there is screen tearing associated with 1080P tv's, I say that this is false as well. I am playing on a 42" 1080P Panasonic plasma and have not noticed any problems regarding the graphics/display. The only complaint that I cannot refute is that of the Limited Edition, as I purchased the Standard Edition. All in all, I would recommend not to take what this article is saying very seriously.

i got married to Aishe the Gypsy.

we moved to Old Bowerstone.

later on, i bought a new 3 Star house in Bowerstone Market, because she was sick of the old one (it was 1 star).

i had her follow me to the new house, and set it as my marital home.

instead of just continuing on like usual, i got the "Bigamist" Achievement, and it replayed the "The hero has gotten married," cutscene.

when i checked my families in stats, it said i had TWO families, with BOTH of my wives labeled as Aishe the Gypsy.

i also can't sell or rent out the house in Old Bowerstone, because it still thinks i'm living in their with my "first" wife, but now have a NEW wife in Bowerstone Market.

i reset the game, but it still did the same thing. i ended up buying a house back in the Gypsy camp, and setting that as my marital home, so now the "fake" Aishe the Gypsy lives there, while my "real" wife is in Bowerstone. i've been avoiding the Gypsy camp in hopes that she'll get pissed off and leave me (i don't want to kill her), but that'll just give me "divorced" stats, which is irritating, because i wasn't trying to have more than one wife in the FIRST place!

anyway, outside of that, the only real other issues i've come across are an inconsistent framerate, especially when i'm playing co-op with my fiance.

in single player play, loading menus takes a while, and being an rpg, you're in the menus quite a bit adjusting things, so it's kind of a nuisance when you want to do something like change weapons, or check your gold, or even teleport from location to location.

i'm having a great time with the game though, just thought i'd share my glitch.

With that many flames I would call it more like an inferno and I don't blame them; the author really is full of crap. I didn't experience any of the problems and the 'screen adjustment' complaint, I didn't need to adjust it for my TV sooooooooo.

The only problems that I seen is the really small stuff that is no where near being "Game breaking." Small stuff like when chopping firewood; my hero's axe is no where near the wood and when I lift the next log to split, her hand isn't on the wood and it looks like she's using telekinesis (rather funny stuff). About the only other thing is the very small glitches with animation now and then and believe me they are very small indeed.

I'm wondering if it is just not his 360 that is the problem; which might mean he could easily fix the freezing and/or loading problems with a good lens cleaning. Just get a regular CD/DVD lens cleaning disc and off you go, good as new!

As for my thoughts on F2, love the game. Love the simple battle system and the dog is the most lovable and the most useful dog I have ever seen; that pooch has a nose for treasure, its wild. And the nice thing is that you don't have to clean his poop up.

Problems: I had with fable 2: Fable 2 LE Doesn’t Come with DLC Codes, and Loading Noise yes not 30 seconds though.

2. Loading noise will be eradicated with the next dashboard update that will allow installation of Fable 2.

The other issues are a freaking joke.

So sony kids whom never played the game and have no intention of ever buying this or any 360 game. I don't blame you for roasting on it. Your expectations for 360 games have always been 10 times higher than any 360 gamer. You know the games are great and expect no flaws in their design. You know the quality is high and thus I clearly see your anger and disgust in your post. I laugh at you for your desperation to see issues with any 360 title...yet again.

And to those of you whom have bought the game and complain about issues take it back state the issues and get a different game for equal price unless you bought it at wal-mart which is stupid.

I love it how the PS3 fanboys, not PS3 owners, but the fanboys love to jump on the negative Fable2 articles. But yet when someone says something about SOCOM, and its bugs and glitches, they all agree that its ok, because it will be fixed soon??

Couldn't agree with you more, good comment. I just don't get why people have to be "fanboys" at all, it pisses me off. I own a Xbox 360, PS3 and a Wii. I just enjoy games period, and hate when people have to be negative towards a game console just because they don't have it or have pledged this fake alliance towards Sony/Microsoft. Just appreciate good games people!

By the way, I'm in no way saying people should own all consoles or anything, but shouldn't talk bad about another game just because it is on another console or associated with Microsoft/Sony.

I am so SICK of nobody websites such as this one trashing a game just to get attention on a site (N4G) that is famously known for being run by PS3 fanboys. Of course if you make this crap up and post it here it will get brought to the top, by people that have NOT even played Fable 2.

I haven't experienced any of the problems Fatardo has written about here. My loads times have been 5-10 seconds at most but I have not progressed too far either. The game is a AAA title IMO but I haven't tried co-op yet. It looks amazing and plays really well plus you have have orgies and kick chickens :)

i was just running along by Bowerstone lake (or whatever it is called) and the game froze. i had to turn off my system and start again. luckily i didnt do anything prior to it freezing so it was harmless, but this has been the only occurence in about 5 hours of playing.

sure, it might be my system, but ive never had any other game freeze or nothing, so im guessing it was the game? either way, that was (so far *knock on wood*) the only issue i've had.

but nothing major.
