"This is the new Ranking System that was put in to place with TU2 and instead of being True Skill based system it is now Exp based so you can still hit the high ranks with out being a 50 in a Ranked Gametype. Now while they have replaced the True Skill Ranks with this new system the True Skill system is not gone it is still in Play in Ranked Games for you overall Skill Level and also when Searching for Matches. You Earn EXP in ANY Matchmaking playlist both Ranked and Social, but can only increase Skill Level in Ranked Matchmaking. "
