1UP: Samurai Shodown 2 Review

1UP writes: "The first question about the Xbox Live Arcade update of Samurai Shodown II is the most important: Is it true to the original? In this case, very much so -- the single-player mode is a carbon copy of the NeoGeo classic. Every slice, blood spurt, line of dialogue, secret, and assault on the English language ("Long long ago, there were a man who try to make his skill ultimate.") is here to enjoy or deride. So if authenticity's the yardstick, this game succeeds. As far as I'm concerned, the truer the better -- aside from the welcome added touch of vibration when taking heavy damage. But if you're seeking a major graphics overhaul or even a move list, you won?t find 'em here".
