UGO: Warhammer: Battle March review

UGO writes: "We've been here before, haven't we? A console-based real-time strategy game is released, played, reviewed and panned. Life moves on as console-owning RTS-lovers continue to wait for a strategy game worth their time. Nary a tear is shed as these same angry gamers descend on their retailer of choice demanding their $60 back. And people say the review process is unnecessary…. But I digress.

"The victim this time is Warhammer: Battle March, developed by Black Hole Entertainment and published by Namco Bandai for Xbox 360. The game is a direct port of Warhammer: Mark of Chaos and its expansion Battle March, both of which were previously released for the Windows PC platform. The formerly competent PC release struggles to keep up in its console iteration thanks primarily to – what else? – overly (and needlessly) complex controls."
