IGN: NCAA 09 Play of the Day: 7/2

In our NCAA 09 Play of the Day yesterday, IGN talked about how Tim Tebow was the best quarterback in college football by virtue of his rating in EA's upcoming college football title.

Today, IGN is on to running backs, but the top rusher in the game is one they have already posted a clip of. Ohio State RB Chris Wells has a 97 overall rating, making him the best running back in the game by a lone point.
