Battlefield: Bad Disc?

Sarcasticgamer.com wrote: "I purchased my copy of Battlefield: Bad Company from my local Gamestop. This store in Broadview, IL is the only Gamestop I frequent because of the nice people that work there. There are EB Games and Gamestops that are actually closer to where I live, but I like this store just fine and reserve all of my stuff there, when the feeling moves me.

Anyway, I got my hands on my copy of the Gold Edition of Battlefield: Bad Company, took it home and popped it into my Xbox 360…. And got the Dirty Disc Error… Is my Xbox 360 broken...again, or did I get a Battlefield Bad Copy?"
