GameSpy Preview - Silent Hill: Homecoming

Gamespy writes: "The stalwarts of survival horror consistently maintain a solid reputation among their respective fanbases, through the good and bad. Resident Evil fans forgave the likes of on-rails shooters and the somewhat polarizing Resident Evil Zero thanks to their ardent love of the franchise. Silent Hill 4: The Room wasn't a great follow-up, yet fans still anticipate what might come next. (We won't discuss each franchises' film adaptations.) This year, the fog of Silent Hill is creeping its way onto Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. We played through a snippet of Silent Hill: Homecoming, and so far, it looks like it could have the goods to satisfy both long-time fans who disliked The Room and gamers who haven't touched the series in several years."
