Here is the problem, and I hope that I an not offending those who pride themselves in being informed....ready? The problem is greed and cheap labor. Who works cheaply? Teenagers who want to see their words on the pages of a gaming website.

Most of the writers on the gaming sites we read are barely out of High School, let alone college. So to answer the question, yes WE DO CARE. WE are the mid twenties to early 30s with jobs and the funds to buy the game...remember that the next time you ask.

The article gives a glowing review of why the Ghostbusters universe and a video game are a perfect marriage.

Anyone who grew up watching the cartoon or the movies cares. If this turns out to be even mildly cool, I'll pick it up for nostalgia reasons alone. Who can complain about slimer, proton packs and walking marshmellow dudes.

Why?? supid question, because it could be awesome. It could be fun. Why else. geez. I was one of the biggest ghostbuster fans, and I think most people around the age of 20-35 were, so I think this is a smart move, IF done right.

Sorry but, I lose some intrest in most games now. Not because the story is bad, just that they borrow from other games and media.

If they made this as a free roaming action adventure, just as with the Amstrad / Spectrum / Commodore - a selection of equipment and the game never really finished (it just had a password for you to get the same money) the game would be worth its weight in gold.

As it is I see an action adventure based on the film (losely) and I know I will buy it.

Ghostbusters! I grew up with these movies. Although, a game based on these movies will probably suck, most movie games do. If the developer can actually put together a good game i will deffinetly buy it.

I will buy this game no matter what. Sure it may get repetitive, but how many ways can you bust ghosts? In the movie they use a proton pack, ghost trap, and PKE as well as that meter in GB2. Don't expect a hundred different weapons. Slime thrower would kick ass. I mean, it's Ghostbuster for christ's sake. You can't make it into the most amazing FPS ever because if they added a butt load of new gadgets it just wouldn't be ghostbusters.

I would lov 2 c this game on my HDtv, but i'm gonna buy it only if it's a good game, i personally don't buy games just 2 have them on my collection, i buy them 2 play and have fun,so hope it will be a good game.
