Former Swingin' Ape head, Steve Ranck, mentioned that he was interested in acquiring the rights to the Metal Arms series and would "absolutely" be interested in making a sequel.

I remember playing it on one of the OXM discs back in the day. It was really fun! I hope they come out with MA2. :)

Definitely an under appreciated game. I rented it and never bought it. If it was re released for the Wii as a 'New Play' game, I would buy it.

It was on XBOX, PS2 and GC.

Really good cartoony third person shooter/platformer.

Aren't most of the people who made the original still working at Blizzard?

PLEEEEASE.

Seriously, I'll beg. Metal Arms was a BLAST. Great gameplay, and whoever designed the audio deserves a freakin' award.

Still play it on my 360. Thanks God for it being backwards-compatible.

This game tided me over until I got back to Kansas City, from Denver from 03 to 04, along with Kingdom Hearts, Max Payne 2, R&C Going Commando, Nightshade, and KOF 01-02. This is the type of game that should be in everyones collection, or on your list to pick up, General Corrosive=Massive

11 - Good game, but....
It suffers from the same "feel" as Beyond Good & Evil. There's a certain "je ne sais quoi" that makes it a failure. Maybe it adheres to game conventions too heavily. Like a 2D game in a 3D world.
