2.1 - I never played it...

because I never got a Gamecube. Now, with a Wii, it will play Gamecube games so I can catch up on the 10 games on it I wanted to play!

What you saw on the E3 demo trailers was NOT game lag or any form of slowdown. It is infact intentional to create a stylistic effect. The game slows slightly whenever you get a large hit in on your opponents. This slight slowdown was also in TWW.

Since I never played Wind Waker I had no idea. This made me feel a lot better. I really thought it was lag. :D I've been looking for this answer since E306. Hehe.

4 - Getting the GC version...

I probably won't get a Wii until next summer, but I was so disappointed last Christmas when Zelda:TP was delayed...I must play it when it comes out.

Heck, I wouldn't mind trading it in and getting the Wii version eventually...though the game is supposed to be exactly the same as far as content.

i really dont get why ppl are scared to use the Wii mote....i have been playing zelda with a gamepad for years....i think its time for a change.....cant w8!!!!

i already love the characters!!! i really trust this team that they would make the game fit with the story!!!

"The Wii version does NOT allow you free range of motion with swordplay (a.k.a. swinging the Wiimote to swing your sword), but there are some "shortcuts" that the Wiimote allows."

Isn't this almost completely contrary to what Miyamoto announced in August? Or have I missed another announcement saying that they cancelled that idea? lol

"For those hoping Shiek makes a return, I think you'll be disappointed. First, the Zelda in this game is NOT the Zelda from OoT. Second, if OoT Zelda is still around, she would have no reason to be running around as a Shiekah, especially at what her age would be. I say forget Shiek and hope for the whole Shiekah tribe is in it."

I don't ever remember seeing something in previous zelda games stating that the people in these stories are supposed to live just as long as people in real life. Is this statement just an assumption or is there evidence that there is really more than one Link besides in WW?

you should have know this!!!
once a 100 years a new hero is born, AKA the chosen one, but when there is no danger the hero will never know his true self AKA courage.
he will be just a normal boy. but when danger is there he will be guided by the gods! and will face his destiney as a hero ( unless he gets killed by the evil XD)

link in WW became the hero after he proofed to the gods he is the "one".
other links wur chosen when they wur born.

in the intro of WW they are talking about the hero of time....now that could be link from OOT or LTTP even link from OOA.
its all confusing!

in one of the chapters links awakening comes after OOS and OOA BUT ......the link from LTTP and LA are the same!!!
god this is more confusing!!!
