Wii Board has a 300lbs limit

A new promotional image for the Wii balance board as utilized in Wii Fit shows that the accessory has a weight limit of 300lbs (136KG) slapped on it, however this is for the Japanese version and perhaps there will be adjustments for other regions.

9 - Bad move

Well...not that bad.

It's just that I help out an organization called CHOICES (www.choicesforkids.org) and i devised their "gamersise" program (no it's not called that..it's just one of those buzzwords people use). DDR and Wii Sports has made our program sucessful. Our program is starved for more wii titles and wiifit was the next logical choice.

Not anymore! While the majority of our passerbys probably wont top out over 300. Some will, and to turn them away is not acceptable therefore we cannot adopt the wii fit into our program.

Damn shame too, we were probably apart of the few examples to validate the wii's calorie burning power (what little it has at least....moar games!)
