Those titles look like the kind of innovative, first-rate games that gamers have been hungering for...and I think they'll move systems, which, in my opinion, is perhaps the best indicator of a game's impact on the market.

(Personally, I would also add BioShock to the list. But that's just me).

4 - It's hard to say

I have a hard time with rock band. Even if it turns out to be good, I just don't see people spending $200 for the setup.

I think one game that should be up there is Eye of Judgement. They showed it on spike tv and it is really is cool. You can play online and it's pretty cool how your cards come to life. I think this game is going to be the biggest surprise and I was excited and this is not even my type of game.

5 - To watch for

Rock Band - Awesome, to say the least.

Mass Effect - Yep, going to be great.

Little Big Planet - Yeah, this could be a very big hit.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - I can't say if I'd say "Watch for this" I mean I think it's going to be a good game, CoD 1 and 2 were great, etc.

Super Mario Galaxy - Mario, we don't need to watch for this, it's going to be good, it's going to be a hit.
If we're adding mario then, Killzone 2, MGS4, Halo 3, UT3, Socom, Bioshock, Etc, etc.

I'd also add Eye of Judgment, because that could be big as well.

I don't understand what the big deal about Super Mario Galaxy is.
Honestly, big freakin' whoop.

Mario's gotten to the point where it really IS just annoying.
Heck, most of us outgrew him.

Anyway, great list, but I would've switched SMG for Halo3/KZ2/AC/GTA4

9.1 - I don't know...

I know that Halo 3 is going to be a huge success, but from what I saw of it at E3 it really didn't offer much new over Halo 2. I just don't see much innovation in FPS games these days, although I do have to admit that when I saw COD:4 in action I was a bit impressed.

It is just my opinion, and feel free to disagree, but there are just too many FPS games out there. I guess that it is more cost-effective to create them and eaiser to add online multiplayer to them. But the genre is getting stale to me.

Mario is probably one of the greatest known charator's in gaming of all time. If the Wii wasn't such a weak console i would be super siked about it but still the casual fun of MG seems to be great i had no idea how cool it looked untill this E3 it really does seem like a super cool arcade game that has much more to offer in gameplay, style and size. Does anybody know if you have to use that stupid controller with it?(motion control).

GT 5 is the same game you played over and over again... just with better graphics! The control is the same( which tells you the sony controller is not good for racing) thing you are used to, except with a tweak. Which tells you to just get the racing wheel and be happy!

Killzone hasn't proven itself yet other than on a graphical level. The first KZ wasn't that good and the only people who are getting excited for this game are fanboys who didn't play the first one. I hope it is a great title, but no sense getting excited for something that looks beautiful that you can't fully enjoy.

I remember the first killzone... Sony Hyped, hyped and hyped it up to be the Halo killer that every sony fan wanted. But in the end... it failed! It was like watching a giant firework that was suppose to do all kinds of great things go up in the air, and drop to the groung with no show!

I hope the new one doesn't face the same problem, especially the way people hype this one up!

Me personally, I will be getting Mass Effect, and CoD 4. Mario looks ok but I don't know if I want it. But I do need to buy " something" for the Wii, so I don't know yet.

I'm already tired of the Guitar Hero games, and I think Rock Band will make it worse... so I won't be getting that!

LBP may be cool, but I can't see myself paying money for it.
