Personally, I believe that this really is a fantastic collaboration. I just hope we see more of the title soon.

It will end up just being Metroidgaiden with some FPS and Sidescroller elements to try and trick that its not.

is what is intriguing about this partnership. Perhaps more will stem from this. Like a revived side srolling ninja gaiden like back on the nes days. Ninja gaiden rebirth so to speak.

This is looking more and more like a must have on day 1 for me.

I want this game to be really good because I am a big Metroid fan. So far the game looks promising and it seems that it'll bring lots of new ideas. Considering that this is the first 3D third person game of Metroid, it's only natural...

So is Nintendo going to stop making games? Metroid is their in-house game. Expect next Zelda to be done by Tecmo.
