"During the holidays I was watching tv and was absolutely floored when a Body Break commercial came on that actually had fitness gurus Hal Johnson & Joanne McLeodencourage the use of video games. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone for a minute. Seriously.

Naturally what they were encouraging was the use of Wii Sports as a vehicle for exercise. I fortunately found the video on YouTube, you should definitely check it out. At the 1:10 mark Hal made the most remarkable statement:"
