Don't disagree that there are some quality titles on Wiiware. Best downloadable game service is questionable.

wtf? 360 had portal, castle crasher, SF2HD, Braid + many others
PS3 had many GT5P, Warhawk, Wipeout, Siren + many others
WiiWare had LostWinds and World of Goo.

Wrong. So wrong.

Wiiware had MM9,Lost Winds, World of Goo, Final Fantasy, Tetris, and many others.
PS3 had Siren, Wipeout. Demos that you pay for do not count. Warhawk was at retail.

Not that I agree with him that Wiiware is the best but anyone can play the play down game like you. Name off any PS3 game and I can say it sucks or isnt worth buying. Doesnt change anything. Did it make you feel any better to play down Wiiwares list of games as if only 2 exist? Did it change anything in the article? Nope. So what was the point exactly?

They could be counting VC as well which is actually a different service than WiiWare. Either way it's all opinions on which offers better downloads as they all offer different type of games

I enjoyed the first installment of Lost Winds, but don't think I will purchase the sequel. Overall, you have to wonder if games on WiiWare sell very well... Definitely not on the same level as LIVE arcade and PSN. Personally, I'd like to see some stats to back up my suspicions. There are only a handful of games that are remotely worth getting. So far I have Lost Winds, World of Goo, and that castle defense game (can't remember the name). I would like a sequel to World of Goo.

eeh wasn't the thing going round saying XBLA games selling hard if they are not remakes?

And if lostwinds sold bad i don't think they would make a seqeal.

I think the Kid icarus game wanna be looks kinda cool =).

Any of the art style games are worth buying. FFCC is also another good game. There are plenty of good games on Wii ware. Oh and if you like world of Goo, you might also like Boingz. I got it and its pretty fun physics based puzzle game.

i wont deny that its a little exagerated to say its the best service right now, that is if we take wiiware only, and i still think its a great service, many quality titles and lots of generes.

On the other hand, if you include VC as well as a whole Nintendo Service, then there is no doubt is the best of all, hands down. You simply cant compete with the golden era of gaming with a new download service, its not even fair to the competition to include VC in wiiware. And thats why most people dont do it, they take them as separate services
