Oh I doubt that Activision and all their legal representative's would have used GnR's songs without proper permissions. Just because they didn't ask you personally Axl doesn't make it so.

Agreed, i really don't think they would take the risk of a lawsuit using a song without permission. In my opinion, Activision paid music publishers, and maybe GnR's publisher didn't say them which songs would be used, or maybe they didn't even pay them.

axl rose can suck a big fat you know what... last i check his "new"album wasnt doing to well. Slash is the only reason that band even succeeded...

long story short... axl should be lucky they are even interested in using the bands songs, as its probably the only positive thing that will happen to him.
