My favorite ever was Quan Chi in MK4/Gold. He would rip your leg off and then beat you down with it. Classic.

Sub Zero's spine rip from the original two games was pretty killer too.

my favorite fatality is when sub zero freezes you completely and then grabs your head and throws it to your frozen body which shatters into tiny pieces.
