One interesting one is if you change the language of the game to Japanese, the game's name and all of the art assets change to say Rockman 9. It was an interesting quirk, considering that content like that is normally region locked out in the localization process

well honestly it isnt to bad seeing as how it doesnt effect the core of the game but i do think that the dlc could have been secret unlockable stuff if you did the achievements ...thats juts me though.
That would have made more sense imo.

That would have made more logical sense, or at least made it unlockable via achievements, and those who don't have the skill to unlock them normally can have the option to pay to do so.

mega man has a great concept but id like to see something that isnt necessarily kid friendly. like after he beats a boss he breaks their necks and jerks their arm out of the socket to get their weapon.
