One thing that exists as a perpetually unscratched itch in the minds of many Nintendo gamers is that there has never really been a proper console Pokemon RPG. The Game Cube's: Pokemon Colosseum centered around "Shadow Pokemon" which were artificially corrupted, and needed purification by the game's protagonist. The concept was decent and of course the graphics nicer, but the story and gameplay were B-rate when compared to the portable games.
