Australia Receives a Disaster Rating

The OLFC have taken Nintendo's upcoming Disaster project and slapped a rating for it in Australian shores.
Suggesting a release shortly, after months of delays and no-shows, the action packed Wii-exclusive brings together natural disasters and a devious terrorist group out to take over the world. According to Vooks, Disaster: Day of Crisis has been given a content rating of "M" given the use of heavy violence, themes and infrequent coarse language.

1 - This can only be good.
*Thumbs up* I thought this game was down the drain, and from the rating, it isn't set to be very casual.

as far as "movies" go with ratings, it does not neceserally mean i'ts "casual".
Just like games, I bet even this game, being M rated, could be played by many (so called) casual people.

M =/= Hardcore
M = Mature content thats it.
(if they made a porn game on the Wii....trust me it would be casual as hell)

Also, note that the Australian M rating is not the same as an ESRB M rating. The Australian M is (+15) and there are at least two ratings categories above it, while the American M is (17+) and is only topped by the rare AO rating.

Whether this rating will translate to a T or a M in America remains to be seen.

Also, this news was posted several hours earlier from a different source.
