That's what they've hoped for all along. The thing is that thinking it will become as big as The Sims is being quite naive, it's impossible to tell what will take off like that, after all, The Sims was rejected the first time it was pitched because they didn't think it would sell.

Agreed. All casuals could rejoice at playing a daily life game like the Sims. However a game about evolution is beyond many casual gamers and in the US probably against the religious beliefs of at least 30% of them. I think it will only be popular with geeks and fans of games like SimCity and Civilization.
