Assassin's Creed returns on the top of the Xbox 360 chart after a discount to $24. PS3 exclusive Metal Gear Solid 4 remains at #1. The Diablo Battle Chest rises from hell to claim the PC top spot.

2 - here's a "wii question" that i'm curious about.
since the consoles release; has there ever been a game (other than a nintendo 1st party game) at the number 1 sales spot? everytime i see this stuff; the wii has a first party game at the top.
