Castlevania Judgment Officially Announced

Kombo Reports :"Konami today announced that Castlevania Judgment, the first Castlevania title in the fighting game genre, is currently in development exclusively for Wii. Castlevania Judgment bridges the past with the present as it pits several generations of the Belmont clan against a host of characters that span the franchise's 22-year history."

1.1 - Absolute Garbage!
I've loved the Castlevania series ever since the days of NES. I've finished nearly all the Castlevania games that have been released. The idea of a fighting game with the Castlevania name makes me want to vomit. I am ashamed and embarrassed for Koji Igarashi. Why would you do such a thing to the fans of Castlevania?

Why the Wii only Get Spin Offs?

i will hate konami if they really do that, dump this trash and make a real castlevania for Wii!!!

you guys do a game like MGS4 for the PS3 and for the Wii you make a damned shovel ware? go to hell Konami and you too Iga!

i am a big fan of this two Series and i am very disapionted with you guys...

Thier ds games rock(bringing back the 2d glory)asmuch as i dont agree with a fighting game i do liek how they will have it wifi and with added bonus.Alot of the time extras like this dont ever make it into wii games but if they really put alot of work into this,this coul dbe the best fighter on the wii by far.Which the wii actually needs

I do remember a Wii option in Castlevania:OoE.
I hope you can link between them so you can use the weapons earned on the DS in the fighting game...that would be awesome.

where is the next Castlevania :Symphony Of The Night?

That last one I played was "Curse of Darkness" on the Xbox and wasn't that great, I did like the soundtrack but I want a 2-D game with 3-D offerings and a 400% complete Castle....

Why give the DS all the 2-D Castlevanias, I just don't get it..

Konami doesn't have the best track record for 3d castlevanias, I think this game will be good but I mean it's obviously not Castlevania, it would be cool to fight people/things from the series I wonder what the roster is going to be. I would laugh if Konami included a brand new traditional castlevania on the disc and put it under extras or something.

I like the wi-fi fights part....I may have to check it out. But I completely agree....why always spin-offs? I want a full fledged awesome 2D CV.....preferably on Wii.

I love any kind of fighters; and I love me some Castlevania. I find myself very jealous at the Wii for getting this. I would love to take on other characters in a fighting game as Simon Belmont.

honestly, is it so hard to just do a 2d castlevania on home consoles? with high-res sprites? something that ggx has been doing since the times of the ps2? f*cking morons...

12 - Stop crying like a bunch of babies
I guarantee once you guys actually see it you will change your minds. I think it is a great concept LOL!!! It might be even better than Super Smash Bros. Brawl especially in the online (Wi-Fi) department where Brawl failed to deliver. The Wii is coming out with some of the most original games this year like Deadly Creatures for example.
