Oh god you have absolute NO IDEA what the term "cash cow" means, fox02. You just came off sounding like an idiot.

A cash cow is something that makes a company a lot of money. And they can keep milking it for money. Hence the name, cash cow. A cash cow isn't someone who buys a product, doofus.

The Wii version isn't that bad. I mean, it's certainly no 360 or PS3 (PS3 graphics look the best, in my opinion) but isn't this obvious? The main selling point of the Wii wasn't for the ubar-sweet krisp graphix, and anyone that bought it for this reason (if anyone) is an idiot. If they don't take advantage of the Wii's unique control, then it'll be trash. But until we know how it controls...

Wow, judging by all of the disagrees with my earlier post, it seems that many people DID buy the Wii for its ubar-sweet krisp graphix, and think that the Wii version of Top Spin 3 looks the best! Also, they think that the game won't be good if it does take control of the Wii's unique control scheme! Who'da thunk!?

Agree that the xbox version looked much better here. I can't help but wonder if the PS3 version would look different if the picture was tuned a bit. All of these captures I see of the PS3 where it's washed out never seem to look that bad on my tv.

like why cant devs understand that they have to make the ps3 the lead platform in order to make the games look equal? if they were really skilled they would have gotten used to the ps3 by now. if they dont care, then fu*k em. either do i, they just lost a fan.

nah the devs are just lazy. thats where you separate the hardworking devs from the half-assed devs. look at gta4(both consoles), they both look good, and both the sales are excellent. same thing with cod4. there going to have to get use to the ps3 sooner or later. if they never do then they were never skilled.

Jesus, quit pretending that your poor purchasing decision's all the 'developer's fault'. Quit moaning about lazy devs and actually use your head when buying a console.

PS3 gets the poor ports, poorer exclusives, less featured games and you pay more for it.
Wii is just full of shiz, with a few polished diamonds.
The 360 is where all the games are at, and it's cheaper than the competition...If you're a real gamer you'd ensure you had that console as well as or instead of a ps3.

There's a reason that the ps3 has the bad end of the stick and it's got nothing to do with the devs - so just because you have a PS3 does not make you some sort of snob that can complain when companies see the majority of the market is worth more of their time than the minority - who use a product that's just not dev-friendly.

poor ports? yeah I agree because some devs are just too lazy to optimize the code for PS3. not PS3's fault!

poorer exclusive? I won't go any further on this! 4 words buddy - METAL GEAR SOLID 4!

less festured games? like what? most of the games played exactly the same especially the multiplats! so, achievements? FYI, some PS3 games have their own achievement system! Insomniac have implemented skill points since the 1st Ratchet&Clank and all their games have it! later on, PS3 will have the trophies and In-Game XMB! what are you going to say now?

pay more? most of the games cost the same! but you got DVD, PS3 owners get Bluray! it's scratch-proof you know but whatever! yeah, PS3 cost more but it doesn't break easily! 360 cost less with less feature and you still have to pay to play online! for $50 you only got gold membership, but i can get another game at the same price!

These video comparisons are pretty useless since the games always look different when you see them in real life and on a HDTV.

Looks like an interesting game. I hope it's better than Top Spin 2.

Thank god for MGS4 eh ps3 owners? as per usual all multi-format games are better on the lead platform the 360. Mainly as with GTA and most other titles there will be alot less jaggies on the 360 version. I know you lot dont like to accept it, thats why your so chuffed about the MGS4 reviews, as its the only real reason to actually buy a ps3.

are all multi plats better on the 360? stop being a fanboy and snap back to reality you meat head. the only plat former thats a big difference is madden, the rest are unnoticeable un less you got them side by side, and even then its hard to tell which one is better. some multi plat games run and look better on the ps3. so what.

@ CHASUK08- where did you here that? that would be awesome yo, hes my favorite player next to Maria Sharapova. but im probably not getting this game due to unskilled devs. Rafiel Nadal's the man though, he keeps beating federa or who ever that one dude is that he keeps beating. its good to see him on at least one of the consoles, whether its 360 or ps3.

If the 360 version does look the best (which is probably due to ps3 RGB settings, which they dont turn on in comparison videos) who cares as PS3 gets Nadal. Thats a big enough reason to get the PS3 version over the 360 version.

why involve the Wii version in this comparison??? We all know the PS3 and X360 version look alot better.
The real difference is the gameplay here, where the Wii version will be totally different and wich you can't tell just by looking at this video.

Between the PS3 and X360 version, i noticed the most difference in the ground detail, but they both look very good.

The PS3 version is not recorded with HDMI, the old Gametrailers sh!t, so X360 version looks a tiny bit better as for Wii it's a tiny bit better than Gamecube version would have been. But the graphics is bad on all versions

Yea I pretty much stick too wii exclusives..cuz there is more time and devotion applied to exclusives.I know there is a lot of haters that just sit and wait for demonstrations like these so they can bash nintendo.You have to realize that multi-platform games for the wii always look and usually play like crap.The developers make AAA titles for ps3 and the 360 and give the wii the leftovers so they can cash in on it.It's well known that the other consoles look better graphically,this is nothing new however when it comes to innovation and new ways to play games (though I appreciate other consoles and own them) both sony and microsoft are seriously lacking ...'course ms has always lacked in that area.This example is just pure laziness on the devs part,sad really ...but all too true..so I think I'll stick to exclusive titles for the wii from now on devs can't make crummy ports like this and expect me to buy it.Luckily the wii is gaining serious momentum in the core gaming department.Seems like every other day I hear of a new title like tenchu,mh3,fatal frame 4 etc....can't wait to see what ninty has in store for e3..mark my words nintendo will be the talk of e3 '08...like it or not.

yo, im not goin' to front... im a PS3 fan...the XBOX 360 version looks better. Its like the grass look real, and the characters has more color than the PS3 version. PS3 looks blurry a lil bit, not bad.

I do feel if the DEV make the game on the PS3 first, it would LOOK real GOOD! We all know that. Developers just dont do that... i dont kno why. Oh well, im still gettin this game. MASTER IT ON BOTH CONSOLES!

26 - Well I own a Xbox-360 not a PS3...
but I actually prefer the look of the PS3 version, I think the colour balance is more realistic than the Xbox-360 version, with games like Assasins Creed the PS3 version did look washed out, but in this case I think it actually looks more realistic with the PS3 version than with the Xbox-360.

I found all versions to be bellow average to their machines. The Wii version is pathetic, as Wii Sports looks actually better. It is hard to compare the PS3 an XBox versions as I am not sure if the settings were the same. I liked the XBox colours a little more, but I expect better from both consoles.

I dont know why people commented on wash out colour, but as far as I notice, the colour on characters are the same. only that PS3 version is played on the grass field with heavy uses so death grass is everywhere, while 360 version is play on new grass field. Same way as the Wii is show with paved field. All in all in think PS3 and 360 in the same, but Wii is a joke.
