Just curious, when did Nintendo advertise the Wii as being for kids and grandmas? The Wii commercials I've seen have ppl of all demographics and backgrounds.

real mature considering this team consists of the guy who lead the resident evil 4 team and the dino crisis games i doubt this game is gonna suck. Two the graphics are an art style just in case you didn't get it and if your read previews you would know despite the monochrome look everything is clearly defined. Just because one chainsaw attack happens to look the same as from another game does not make it a rip off. Mad world is simply a song that the gears trailer used so no game can use it as a title? That's just ridiculous. You have no idea how it is going to sell, if its advertised well just like re 4 and re :uc it will sell well over a million copies at the very least. Its very original because all the moves you have got according to rpeviews (so far) are melee attacks . I would love to see you point out another game that plays exactly like this and you will silence me. The game is very violent for a very good reason because you impale people with road signs and throw them against spikes and rip out their hearts does that seem very kid friendly or teen rated to you?

i brought your maturity into question for the way you typed you earlier comment. your second post makes you sound like different person ask anyone. More ature argument and more detailed too.It won't go Ao and i don't even comment on that. The wii is definitely a market for hardcore games like I said Resident evil 4 , resident evil umbrella chronicles they both sold million or more with next to no advertisements.Art trumps all and we may differ on that. Th wii isn't as powerful as the other two consoles so wouldn't it allow for interesting looking games that will come out since the wii can't do gritty realistic graphics as well as the other two. If third party devs actually tried hard I think more mature and quality games would sell one the wii far outdoing the 360 as the biggest software selling machine. unfortunately the system gets shovelware thrown in for a quick buck. There are hardcore gamers who own the wii. For instance me I owned an n64 a ps2 and now a wii. My 360 owning friend wanted to exchange consoles for a week so he could play smash bros when he was away. It sbeen about 2 months now and he got me to buy him mario kart while i got to play gta 4 which he does not care for. there are hardcore games , high profile ones that did not sell on the ps2. For instance okami and mgs 3 which sold about half the copies mgs 2 did . I would love to know why that happened not bullshit reason like there were many good games so it got overlooked because games don't go any more high profile than mgs , well except final fantasy perhaps.
