Wii Fit Pre-orders Selling Out

The Wii may be experiencing another kind of hardware shortage. Wii Fit's launch day is a little over a week away (May 19, 2008), and it's getting tougher to find online for pre-ordering. See where it's temporarily sold out and where you may still be able to find a pre-order.

I should have just bought one and sell it off ebay for a much higher price.
I think I'll start doing that with Nintendo's next gimmicky peripheral eg. WiiSleep, WiiTalk, WiiCrap

Remember what happened to the PS3? Everyone expected to sell theirs for like 2 grand each but found out that there's not enough rich people to buy all their systems. This may be the same case.

meh its nintendo....notorious for not releasing enough copies of games or their machines to build up hype.....
I remember way back when I had to wait 3 months after the launch to get Goldeneye for the n64 and zelda was no treat either

It was different back then...cartridges probably are harder to make than discs. Also wii fit has a peripheral it's selling too.
