Eternal Darkness 2 for Next-Gen

Gameplayer are reporting that Too Human developer Silicon Knights has been given a government grant to bring a sequel to legendary GameCube game Eternal Darkness to next-gen consoles.

As cool as this sounds the person writing this doesn't really know what the money is for and if we remember the news yesterday SK got a grant for the 3rd person pyschlogical thriller Prototype. Which has nothing to do with Eternal Darkness.

but seeing that everyone is throwing out PR drivel. Hopefully this title goes to the only true next gen system the Nintendo Wii were imersion and control are considered rather than just the standard bit mapping and better lighting.

10.3 - Well it has a Final fantasy feeling to it FFVII/FFX
for those that are used to playing turn-based.

I'm 3 hrs in and it is a beautiful game..Music is good.

Forget them reviews, some of the loading are a little long and some short..well you'll see but man I gonna put in many hours in this one, the battle system is pretty neat and the story is intriguing so far.

After beating Enchanted Arms and Eternal Sonata, this will keep me good for a little bit.

That is awesome! I loved this game. I hope it comes to the PS3 and 360 more than I hope it comes to Wii...the first one had some great graphics and would benefit from some pretty visuals. I don't see how it would benefit from motion control, but thats just my opinion.

13 - I had a friend that was in love with this game
but wasn't sure why....What was so good about the first one? I must of missed out..The last game I got for Gamecube must of been Prince of Persia. Also had soul Caliber 2 with Link.

Yeah it was a good horror tale that tied up so many different generations lives together very well. Along with an ancient evil that must be stopped! The insanity meter was uber cool that would cause you to freak out if the enemies looked you in the eye for to long. If you still have a way to play GC games and have some time to try it out you really should.
